The service
Zelos is a workout tracking and AI coaching app provided by Atlas Labs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Zelos — including its AI coach — provides general fitness information and training suggestions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have any medical condition. Training carries inherent risk of injury; you train at your own risk and within your own limits.
AI coach
Coach responses are generated by a large language model and can be wrong. Apply judgment, and stop any exercise that causes pain. AI features are subject to fair-use limits (a daily request budget) that may change.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including attempts to circumvent AI limits or disrupt other users).
Your content
Your training data remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, training outcomes, or injuries. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
